**The designs are sublimated (heat pressed) using premium ink, which is absorbed into the surface of our high quality, 15 ounce ceramic mugs.

**Our ceramic mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. It is recommended to wash on the top rack in dishwasher. (No high heat)
 
**Mugs are designed, sublimated, and shipped by our family business from Las Vegas, Nevada. Please allow up to 1 week of processing time BEFORE shipping or pickup.
